PowerPoint Assignment

Create a PowerPoint project that teaches something, made as a presentation tool or a student project.  Use the Content Standards for California  to match your project to a grade level.

  • The Minimum Technology Requirements are: 15 slides, 10 graphics, 2 transitions, 2 sounds.
  • Print a copy of your presentation   (Print "handouts 9 per page" is best.) On the hard copy make brief notes on where you have put animations, transitions and sounds, in case I am not able to view your presentation to your group.
  • You will need a digital version of the presentation because you will be presenting this to a group of classmates on Tuesday July 8th.  Please save it (careful of the size) zip disk, thumb drive or link to a website. DO NOT EMAIL IT TO ME.  I will not pick up a digital copy, but you will need it for your portfolio.
  • Write a short reflection on your project including what you learned in doing this.  How you may use this program with students, and what standard(s) and grade level you are addressing.
