I too enjoyed this class and was a little surprised to see some conservative representation. For some reason I thought that liberalism would be the rule, and assumed that I would have the more right leaning position. Boy was I wrong. I think gained a great education in this class and will never look at families the same way again. Even my own family, who may yet live to regret letting me out of the kitchen.
