Single Page

Why

The Single Page tool should really be named the Single File tool as it allows you to add any type of file supported by WebCT (no matter how many pages long). For example, you could add a pdf file, a Word document, an Excel file, a web page file you created or a PowerPoint file.

Note: Avoid uploading files that you've saved with a .doc extension to WebCT as students who do not have Microsoft Word may have trouble opening the files.

How

The Single Page tool may be added to the homepage, a Content Module or an Organizer Page. When you add the Single Page tool, WebCT provides a Browse prompt to locate the file in your My Files folder under Manage Files.
